Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Who receives the consent
Elena Sartasova, independent designer (Promobelka), owner of the site sartasova.com, contact: hello@sartasova.com.
2. What you consent to
The collection, storage, clarification, use and deletion of the data you submit: your name, your contact (email or Telegram), the selected service and your project description.
3. Purpose
Answering your enquiry, discussing and preparing a possible project, and sending information directly related to that request. Your data is not used for unrelated marketing.
4. Duration
The consent is valid until you withdraw it, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact.
5. How to withdraw
Send a short note to hello@sartasova.com. On withdrawal your data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept.
6. Confirmation
Submitting the booking form with the box ticked means you confirm the data is yours, is accurate, and that you have read the Privacy Policy.
