1. Who processes your data

Data you send yourself: your name, your email or Telegram handle, the service you selected and the text of your project brief in the booking form.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed on the site.

3. Why it is collected

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.

To send information directly related to your request — a proposal, an estimate, a schedule.

To keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

4. Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box in the booking form, and the legitimate interest of answering an enquiry you initiated.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by service providers that make the site work — hosting, email delivery and analytics — strictly for the purposes above.

6. Storage period

Enquiry data is stored for up to 3 years after our last contact, or until you ask for it to be deleted. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@sartasova.com and the request will be handled within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to it is limited to the site owner and the service providers named above.
